Mercian Primary Care Network is an NHS Collaboration between 9 GP Practices - The Aldergate Medical Practice, Laurel House Surgery, Hollies Practice, Heathview Medical Practice, Riverside Surgery, Dr Khare's Surgery, Crown Medical Practice, The Peel Medical Practice and Tri-Links Medical Practice. We are working together to provide extended services.

Social Prescribing Service

Delivered in partnership with Community Together CIC, linking people to non-medical support within the community, with the aim of improving wellbeing.

NHS App

Our GP surgeries offer a range of online patient services for you to use, such as the NHS App. With these services you can contact your surgery and make routine patient requests such as ordering a repeat prescription or booking an appointment.
